Job summary

PAVE Space SA is seeking a hands-on Logistics Specialist to take ownership of receiving, inventory, and shipping across Villeneuve (VD) and Chavalon. You will implement systems, ensure accurate stock, and coordinate with Procurement, Metrology, and HSE to keep the flow of parts running at real volume.

The role requires 3+ years in aerospace/industrial logistics, fluency in French and English, and experience with ERP platforms. This is an on-site position spanning multiple sites in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics or warehouse operations in aerospace/industrial settings.
• Experience with receiving, inventory management and shipping at real volume.
• Proficient with ERP/inventory systems (SAP, Odoo, NetSuite).
• Familiar with ADR/IATA hazardous materials regulations.
• Operationally precise and able to count, label and follow up without reminders.
• Physically capable of handling shipments, including heavy loads.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Nice-to-have: forklift or pallet jack certification; experience building an inventory system from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and content verification on every shipment: counting, PO comparison, escalate discrepancies.
• Inventory organisation across Villeneuve hall, Villeneuve admin, and Chavalon.
• Stock levels and reorder points for consumables: gases, fluids, tooling, fasteners, supplies.
• Outbound shipping to customers, to suppliers for rework, to external labs.
• Hazardous materials handling at the receiving and storage interface (HSE coordination).
• Dangerous goods documentation for inbound and outbound shipments (ADR for road, IATA for air).
• Inter-site logistics between Villeneuve and Chavalon: movement, drivers, special handling.
• The inventory system itself: setup, labeling discipline, routines to keep database in sync.
