ANAVIA in Switzerland is seeking a Logistics Specialist to ensure materials are available when needed, supporting shipments, inventory, and internal material flow. You will coordinate domestic and international transport, manage customs documentation, and drive process improvements within a growing, international team.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, proficiency in English and German, strong knowledge of Incoterms, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures and HS/tariff codes.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse management.
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics master data.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills and experience with logistics KPIs and cost control.
• Structured, hands-on and proactive working style.
• Proficiency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating and monitoring domestic and international import/export shipments.
• Booking and organizing all transport shipments.
• Serving as the main contact for customs queries.
• Determining and maintaining correct customs tariff numbers in the ERP system.
• Ensuring correct packaging of all goods.
• Preparing required shipping and export documentation.
• Creating all necessary customs and import documents.
• Managing and monitoring inventory levels and warehouse processes.
• Ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Conducting and ensuring continuous (rolling) and key-date stocktakes.
• Providing relevant inventory data and reports.
• Performing regular stock checks and variance analyses.
• Creating and defining RMA processes.
• Initiating and coordinating recycling processes.
• Supporting the evaluation and introduction of C-parts management systems.
• Supporting the implementation of Kanban and material supply systems.
• Supporting the introduction of optimized delivery and return systems for BOM materials.
• Collaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
• Ensuring a smooth material flow.
• Securing internal logistics at the Näfels and Bilten sites.
• Ensuring internal material transport and distribution.
• Controlling and monitoring freight costs.
• Verifying invoices and creating regular performance reports.
• Analyzing logistical KPIs like delivery times, transport costs, and inventory metrics.
• Actively driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Supporting Non-Conformance (NC) handling.
• Describing, documenting, and optimizing relevant work processes.
• Managing process interfaces.
• Supporting compliance with aviation-specific quality and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting logistics staff in goods receipt and warehousing.
• Ensuring proper storage and correct, uniform labelling of all items.
• Supporting the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles using a forklift license.
• Booking and filing delivery notes and relevant logistics documents.
• Coordinating with purchasing and suppliers regarding inventory discrepancies.
• Initiating the NC process for faulty deliveries.
• Ensuring correct maintenance of ERP master data.
