Program Coordination acts as a strategic partner to the Head of Advanced Industry Program, helping to translate the program ambition into a well-structured, transparent and executable transformation agenda. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the program coordination backbone, connecting strategic priorities, workstream plans, governance, reporting and financial transparency to enable effective program steering and decision-making.

In this role you will be responsible that the program operates with a clear rhythm, consistent governance and reliable visibility of progress, dependencies, risks, costs and required decisions. • Develop and maintain executive-ready presentations, leadership materials, business cases and decision-support content.
  • Facilitate cross-workstream alignment and escalation of critical dependencies or delivery risks
  • Coordinate external partners and their activities, including visits, workshops, innovation sessions and key program events.
  • Build strong interfaces across Group Operations, Global Functions, Platforms and sites
  • Support program communication and change activities
  • Provide the Program Head with clear visibility on progress, priorities, risks, costs and required decisions
Governance, Reporting & Decision Support
  • Responsible for the coordination and effective execution of program governance meetings, reporting and review processes.
  • Prepare Leadership Team and Steering Committee meetings in alignment with the Program Lead.
  • Facilitate SteerCo and workstream reporting meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes and action follow-up
  • Coordinate governance forums and reporting cycles across the program
  • Consolidate workstream updates into executive dashboards, summaries and decision points
  • Track actions, risks, issues and decisions and ensure timely follow-up
  • Establish consistent governance, reporting standards and performance tracking
  • Provide transparent reporting on project health, risks, issues and progress.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor or Master in the field of Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Operations Management or related discipline.
  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Experience developing and managing integrated project plans, critical paths, milestones and cross-functional schedules.
  • Project Controls & Reporting: Experience with project governance, forecasting, KPI reporting, risk tracking, change management and executive reporting.
  • Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Ability to proactively identify, manage and resolve cross-functional risks, issues and dependencies.
