Overview

FINDATUTOR.CH is a Switzerland-based education platform connecting students with highly qualified tutors and managing academic programs across Switzerland. We are looking for a motivated Admin Assistant who thrives in remote work, can handle multitasking across teams, and is eager to grow in an international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Edit and organize documents (mainly PDFs) using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Provide day-to-day admin support across internal teams.
  • Manage professional communication with students, tutors, and stakeholders via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  • Coordinate course logistics, including classroom/venue bookings in Switzerland.
  • Assist with translations and multilingual communication (English required, German/French a plus).
  • Support new projects in collaboration with the engineering and operations teams.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth company operations.
Requirements
  • Excellent English skills (C1 or above).
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordination role (internships can count as experience for fresh graduates).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with good time-management skills.
  • Additional knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
  • Must be available for 5–6 working days aligned with Swiss time zones.
