We are seeking a future Deputy in our Bakery sector. As the right hand to the Team Leader, you will continue to work on the ground while taking your first steps in personnel management. If you are eager to take on a new challenge, committed, reliable, and possess good interpersonal skills, this position may be for you.

Responsibilities

• Effective coordination of the production line to achieve set objectives
• Planning daily activities in close collaboration with the Team Leader
• Replacing the Team Leader during their absences
• Participating in continuous improvement of our production processes
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal regulations regarding labels, workplace safety, health protection, sustainability, and food safety

Qualifications

• Completed professional training (CFC) in the food sector or equivalent
• Several years of experience in an industrial environment is ideal
• Skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork
• Proficiency with common IT tools and knowledge of SAP
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Fluent in French; German is a plus
