microTECH Global LTD in Zurich is seeking a seasoned compiler expert to join our Innovative MLIR compiler team. You will help build the next-generation runtime compiler on our HPC-focused hardware.

The role demands deep expertise in C/C++, MLIR/LLVM, and strong analysis of control-flow graphs. You will collaborate across software and hardware teams to push performance on dedicated accelerator architectures.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering, with at least 5 years in compiler engineering.
• Experience in C, C++, or another systems programming language.
• Hands-on MLIR experience is an advantage.
• Strong algorithmic intuition with control flow graphs and code analysis.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, test and maintain optimizations for HPC workloads on our hardware.
• Collaborate with upstream MLIR and LLVM communities.
• Advance our adaptive runtime compiler and squeeze performance in challenging scenarios.
• Perform benchmarking and identify optimization opportunities to guide roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HW architects and HPC engineers.
