Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and oral skills in German and English; additional languages (Italian or French) a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of banking and client servicing across asset classes.
• Experience as Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) or Account Manager (AM) or similar role.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day client service and full account management for execution-only clients without a Relationship Manager.
• Handle incoming calls and emails; ensure prompt handling of orders, trades, and deposits.
• Manage account openings/changes with compliant, high-quality documentation (KYC, forms, etc.).
• Interact with clients and internal/external stakeholders independently and professionally.
