Aufgaben

• Supports RMs/GH in client interaction and all related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents etc.) with high-quality, precision and timely responsiveness
• Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)
• Manages the RM/GH's calendar, prepares client meetings, organizes business trips, completes post processing of client calls, meetings or trips
• Compiles presentations, supports drafting investment proposals and marketing activities
• Ensures coverage in case of own absences
• Regularly collects and exchanges relevant information necessary for the job
• Conducts reviews, plans, and documents work
• Supports RM/GH in projects aligned with Group Business Manager
• Provides input proposals for improvements
• Manages expense claims for RMs/GH
• Helps manage risk and ensures compliance with local regulations and internal policies
