• Service clients in day-to-day work and manage full client account on an execution-only basis (no investment advice)
• Attend calls and emails and ensure efficient handling of orders and transactions
• Handle account openings and changes with compliant documentation and client identification
• Interact with clients globally and maintain high-quality relationships independently
• Proactively lead client relations and related tasks (systems, processes, documents) with precision
• Oversee internal projects impacting account relationships and ensure documentation and systems are up-to-date
