Zusammenfassung

Vontobel in Zurich is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to own and manage a client portfolio on our CEE desk, prioritizing client needs and revenue growth. You will act as the go-to expert for client accounts (cash management, transfers, orders), monitor risk and compliance indicators, and support relationship managers on KYC matters and investment proposals.

Fluency in German and English is required; Russian a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Strong client service orientation and teamwork.
• Good understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills and familiarity with AI-enabled tools.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership and manage a client portfolio with priority on client needs.
• Be responsible for revenues of the book and manage client demand.
• Be the go-to expert for administration of client accounts (cash management, transfers, orders, renewals).
• Monitor risk and compliance indicators to anticipate risks.
• Guide relationship managers on KYC matters and assist in investment proposals.
• Ensure smooth openings and closings of accounts.
