Ihre Aufgaben:

• Organisatorische und administrative Führung des Pflegeteams mit ca. 17 Mitarbeitenden
• Koordination der Einsatz- und Ferienplanung
• Entwicklung und Optimierung der Pflegeprozesse
• Sie unterstützen die Bereichsleitung Pflege in deren Aufgabengebiet
• Sie arbeiten mit bei der Umsetzung der Konzepte in der Pflege
• Für Angehörige und Ämter sind Sie die Kontaktperson und treffen Abklärungen mit Behörden

Ihr Profil:

• Sie verfügen über ein eine Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF / DNll (Bei ausländischen Diplomen ist eine Anerkennung vom SRK notwendig)
• Sie konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung sammeln
• Mit Ihrem motivierenden Führungsstil können Sie die Mitarbeitenden fördern
• Als Organisationstalent können Sie Ihren anspruchsvollen Arbeitstag optimal planen
• Idealerweise kennen Sie sich mit der Pflegedokumentation RAI aus
