Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and strategic Web Optimization Manager to enhance the visibility of the ABB Group website. Enthusiastic about AI and digital trends, you will implement the SEO strategy and manage key digital assets, including the ABB Group website content hubs and pages and ABB Wikipedia presence. You will focus on increasing discoverability, visibility, improving search rankings and enhancing user experience and data-driven optimizations. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with a forward-thinking mindset to elevate ABB’s digital footprint and support broader communications initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Own ABB website specific corporate sections, content hubs and pages
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, year-long content, SEO, UX and performance plan for continued website optimization
  • Use data and analytics tools to monitor performance, draw insights and improve optimizations. Own UTM and tracking strategy
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to implement design, technical, architecture and content developments and enhancements
  • Ensure website content governance, consistency and compliance with brand, accessibility, and legal standards
  • Support the creation and launch of new ABB Group websites from ideation through execution
  • Stay ahead of digital and AI trends to incorporate them into actionable improvements
  • Manage ABB Wikipedia presence

Qualificationsand Experience

  • 5+ years proven experience in digital communications or marketing, website management

  • UX and SEO-focused roles (Knowledge of BrightEdge), CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager)

  • Skilled in analytics tools

  • Knowledge of UTM strategy and digital tracking bestpractices

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Thrives collaborating withmultiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors

  • Familiarity with GDPR and digital compliance frameworks

  • Enthusiastic about AI and digital trends, with a strong motivation to create impact
