Zusammenfassung

UNITAR in Geneva offers a 6-month traineeship in strategic project coordination and administrative support within the Office of the Executive Director. Trainees will work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to high-level UN operations.

The role develops skills in communication, administration, and project support, including exposure to strategic planning, executive communications, and social media efforts in an international setting.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in international relations, social sciences, or related field.
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated (within 2 years).
• Strong written and oral English; French is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and social media platforms.
• Demonstrated initiative, independence, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
