Job summary

The UNITAR Division for Prosperity is seeking a Trainee for Programme Delivery and Partnerships in Geneva. This role will involve supporting initiatives that empower youth and women amid economic challenges in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Responsibilities include assisting with stakeholder engagements, supporting programme coordination, and conducting research. Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a degree related to International Development or Social Sciences, and fluency in English and Japanese is required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or recently completed, relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong spoken and written English and Japanese skills.
• Knowledge of French is desirable.
