2026 Graduate Talent Program - Corporate & Real Estate - Region Basel

Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. You\'ll get to:

  • get introduced to the entire day-to-day business of a corporate client advisor and provide administrative support
  • assist client advisors in analyzing financial statements, reviewing loan applications, and preparing annual loan reviews
  • collaborate with product and specialist experts from within and outside the Corporate & Real Estate Banking Switzerland division in a solution-oriented manner
  • create professional presentations to support our strategic dialogue with our clients
  • support the preparation of strategic transactions and corporate finance activities
  • participate in projects by coordinating and performing analysis activities
  • maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
Your team

You'll be working in our Corporate Basel-Stadt and Life Science team. We\'re responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients with an international footprint. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and accompany them on potential expansions abroad.

Your expertise

We\'re looking for a candidate who :

  • has completed their bachelor\'s or master\'s degree within the last 18 months
  • has a competitive minimum GPA according to the Swiss grading system
  • is fluent in German and proficient in English
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • has an interest in the financial sector, preferably with initial experience through an internship in the finance or banking sector
  • demonstrates strong customer orientation, openness, good team spirit, a confident demeanor, and a quick grasp of new concepts
  • possesses good analytical skills, a thorough understanding of complex business models and a good knowledge of MS Office
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
