Our client is growing their operations and projects in Vancouver and offers a challenging and supportive environment for their people to achieve their professional goals on meaningful projects.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

1. Experience as a Project Manager in a General Contracting environment, managing all aspects of the project
2. 5-8 years construction related experience (civil works, mechanical, electrical, formwork)
3. C.Tech., P.Eng., or CET Designation
4. Either hold or are eligible for Gold Seal certification
5. Demonstrated proficiency in Estimating, Scheduling, Budgeting/Cost-Control, Financial Reporting and Client Relationship Management.
6. Excellent management skills and proactive at addressing issues
7. Prior experience with Design Build and Water/Wastewater projects is an asset.
8. Highly developed leadership, communication and computer skills
9. Extensive experience with lump sum projects.
10. Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities.
11. Proficiency with MS Office is required.
12. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
