A leading financial institution in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager for the Records Management Centre of Excellence. This role focuses on developing and maintaining compliance practices and will involve collaboration across teams to enhance business processes. You will lead efforts in records management and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with legal standards. The position supports a hybrid work environment, providing flexibility in work arrangements.

- Experience in CBWM related businesses, products, and channels.
- Extensive knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to communicate Control Framework requirements.

- Lead the Records Management Centre of Excellence across Commercial Banking & Wealth Management.
- Develop and maintain effective records management practices.
- Collaborate with leaders across all areas to enhance business processes.
