Our client is seeking a Store Manager to provide support for their busy kiosk located in NE, Calgary.
The Store Manager will play a key role in supporting and motivating the sales staff, fostering a performance-driven culture to increase store sales. This individual should demonstrate strong communication and mentoring abilities, maintaining a confident and positive approach in both fast-paced and quieter retail environments.
The ideal candidate will be administratively strong, have experience in full-cycle retail management, possessing the ability to schedule, onboard, offboard, manage targets, and KPIs, as well as building, leading and mentoring a team.
Required is someone with enthusiasm and integrity who is looking for a great opportunity with room for growth, and is eager and committed to the success of the team and store.
