Senior Cloud‑Native .NET Architect (AWS HIPAA)
Job summary
A technology solution provider seeks a Lead Software Architect to design and evolve a cloud-native platform using .NET on AWS. This remote role requires strong leadership in architecture decision-making, collaboration with teams, and compliance with HIPAA standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building web platforms, AWS architecture, and mentoring engineers. A commitment to security and observability is essential, along with strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years building production web platforms, 3+ years in an architect/tech-lead role.
- Expert in AWS designing secure, highly available services.
- Track record implementing observability, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
Responsibilities
- Own ADRs and design governance, setting standards and making vendor choices.
- Produce reference architectures, threat models, and deployment blueprints.
- Mentor and lead engineers through design reviews and coaching.
