A Respiratory Therapist plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients and their families, working in alignment with the standards of the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and within a client-centered care model. This dedicated professional provides ongoing respiratory care to individuals with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including both acute and chronic cardio-respiratory diseases, in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. Whether working independently or as part of a collaborative healthcare team, the Respiratory Therapist ensures optimal care through consultation and teamwork with other healthcare professionals. Qualifications
• Graduation from a recognized Respiratory Therapy program.
• Current certification with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and eligible for registration with the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT) and CSRT.
• Current valid Driver’s License.
