The Data Analyst will collaborate with other members of the strategy and business performance group to enable sustainable, profitable growth through the development and implementation of analytical solutions, work with clients to analyze data for use in analytical models, and uncover actionable insights.

• Identify and wrangle data to enable rapid analytical solution development. Collaborate with modelers and business experts to ensure data is accessible, clean, and fits the solution.
• Develop and implement analytical solutions by working with the business on key projects. Techniques involved in solutions will include statistical analysis, financial analysis, and simulation (stochastic modeling). The role will take projects from the initial collection of data (working with a data steward, if available) to the delivery of the solution to the end user.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes within the business and work with continuous improvement to implement changes.

• A post-secondary degree in science, mathematics, computer science, or engineering
• A minimum of 2 years of analytical-related experience
• Great attention to detail
• An analytical mindset
• Experience in change management
• Knowledge of data modeling and data science
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and be a team player
• Knowledge of J.D. Edwards, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and SQL is considered a plus
• Thorough proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• A willingness to explore, learn, and apply best-in-class technologies
