THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager / Manager, BIM, you will:
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to project teams to ensure effective use of Revit for design and documentation.
- Maintain and enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows to drive consistency across projects.
- Troubleshoot Revit-related issues and serve as the go-to expert for technical support and problem-solving.
- Lead onboarding and training for new team members on Revit and BIM protocols.
- Continuously improve and optimize the BIM library, tools, and processes to support seamless project execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure BIM outputs align with broader design and technical goals.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager / Manager, BIM has:
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling, family creation, work-sharing, templates, and schedules).
- Knowledge of construction documentation standards and how Revit outputs translate to deliverables.
- Ability to develop, maintain, and deploy custom Revit families and templates.
- Experience in scripting or automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python for Revit) is a strong asset.
- Understanding of building systems coordination (architectural, structural, MEP) within Revit.
- An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000–$150,000 CAD per year. The final salary may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
