Fountain Tire St. Albert, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as a Tire Service Foreman!

You will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and expertise to other tire service associates to ensure proper and safe work procedures are being completed and adhered to.
- Coordinating work assignments, providing feedback, and escalating issues to the supervisor for remedy.
- Inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, farm, industrial, and/or OTR tires.
- Impressing amazing customers with your professional and friendly customer service.
- Overseeing and dispatching service trucks.
- Ensuring associates conduct themselves in a safe and professional manner.
- Following Fountain Tire safety policies and guidelines.
- Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road!
- Potential to move into a Sales/Management role in the future for the right person; advancement is not limited.
What does it take to get on track?
- At least 5 years of previous experience as a Tire Technician.
- A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services, and wheels is required.
- A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms.
