A leading forest products company is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for their Elk Lake sawmill. This role involves driving safety and efficiency in maintenance operations, supervising the maintenance team, and overseeing maintenance strategies. Candidates should have a diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a relevant certification, with 3–5 years of experience in a sawmill or manufacturing environment. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in a sawmill or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading technical teams in a unionized setting.
  • Strong knowledge of welding and PLC systems.

  • Supervise and support the maintenance team.
  • Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
