Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in a sawmill or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading technical teams in a unionized setting.
  • Strong knowledge of welding and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce maintenance safety programs and ensure compliance.
  • Supervise and support the maintenance team.
  • Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Manage inventory and implement projects to improve plant performance.
