• Maintain demonstrated responsibility and accountability for meeting individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Execute excellence throughout all facets of the sales cycle
• Provide a consultation to any client considering a diamond purchase
• Guide clients seamlessly through the custom process
• Communicate effectively with clients by email, phone, text, virtual and/or in-person scheduled and walk-in appointments
• Respond to the phone and door when Front Office Coordinator is not present
• Assist in keeping showroom and showcases visually appealing
• Assist the internal team and web developers in ensuring the smooth operation of our online store and maintaining product listings
• Add and update product listings on the website/e-commerce platform, including descriptions, images, and prices
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure accurate and consistent product information across the website
• Perform regular audits to identify inventory accuracy, website issues, and opportunities for improvement and ensure a seamless user experience
• Maintain a high level of awareness of and concern for inventory control and loss prevention practices
