Job description
  • Lead daily operations of the assigned home store while providing coaching, direction, and performance management to Store Managers across the region
  • Drive sales, ensure strong merchandising execution, and uphold high standards of customer service
  • Build engaged, high-performing store teams through training, mentorship, and succession planning
  • Partner closely with internal departments on merchandising, inventory flow, promotions, and visual execution
  • Analyze store performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to support growth and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory controls, and loss prevention practices
  • Support new store openings, remodels, and special initiatives when required
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional guest service
Requirements
  • Multi-unit retail leadership experience, ideally in specialty, apparel, or home categories
  • Strong operational acumen, with the ability to balance big-picture planning and hands‑on leadership
  • Proven success leading and developing Store Managers
  • Skilled at driving sales, managing KPIs, and ensuring consistent brand and merchandising standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to travel across the region regularly
