- Lead daily operations of the assigned home store while providing coaching, direction, and performance management to Store Managers across the region
- Drive sales, ensure strong merchandising execution, and uphold high standards of customer service
- Build engaged, high-performing store teams through training, mentorship, and succession planning
- Partner closely with internal departments on merchandising, inventory flow, promotions, and visual execution
- Analyze store performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to support growth and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory controls, and loss prevention practices
- Support new store openings, remodels, and special initiatives when required
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional guest service
Requirements
- Multi-unit retail leadership experience, ideally in specialty, apparel, or home categories
- Strong operational acumen, with the ability to balance big-picture planning and hands‑on leadership
- Proven success leading and developing Store Managers
- Skilled at driving sales, managing KPIs, and ensuring consistent brand and merchandising standards
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to travel across the region regularly
