Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Account or Customer Success Management in SaaS.
Proven track record of owning revenue numbers.
Mastery of open-ended questioning techniques to uncover HR buyer pain points.
Ability to explain feature functionality in terms of mid-level business impact.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships beyond the main admin.
Proficient in creating and adhering to Customer Success Plans.
Ability to identify usage risk signals and proactively resolve issues.
