Responsibilities:

1. Full cycle recruitment of our global roles across all product lines (we operate globally and have five distinct business units).
2. Working in coordination with our other in-house recruiter(s) to ensure capacity is level across the whole organization’s hiring needs.
3. Staying within the overall hiring budget for roles including obtaining formal approvals for all offers.
4. Facilitating positive reviews, feedback and ratings from our candidates regarding their hiring experience.
5. Negotiating offers and positioning of employer value proposition to potential hires.
6. Drafting offer letters and other HRIS related documents required as part of pre-hire.
7. Updating recruitment tracker to ensure key metrics are tracked for weekly reporting.

Must Have Skills:

1. Previous experience in recruitment, utilizing recruitment tools and HR platforms, including ATS’s, HRIS’s and social media platforms.
2. A passion for creating an awesome candidate experience including gathering feedback and responding in a timely manner to all applicants with thoughtfulness.
3. Previous experience in a tech sector recruiting environment and managing at least 10 roles simultaneously.
4. A mixture of corporate and agency experience would be considered an asset.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and a great eye for detail as you’ll be required to draft employment offers.
6. Comfortable with public speaking or networking and building a positive employer brand.
7. Ability to understand hiring manager needs, a great communicator who can build rapport through their working relationship.
