Product Line Manager - Exploration Drilling (Mineral Exploration) - Quebec

We are currently working with a global leader in mining and exploration solutions who are seeking an experienced Product Line Manager, ideally to be based out of Quebec.

The Product Line Manager will be accountable for the overall performance, growth and sustainability of the portfolio, lead a team of Product Managers, guide strategy development, and collaborate closely with engineering, sales, production, and customer centres to deliver innovative, competitive, and profitable solutions to the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining and leading global strategy for the coring and RC consumables portfolio.
• Setting goals for growth, profitability, and product alignment.
• Prioritising growth markets and tailoring strategies to regional needs.
• Guiding product development from concept through launch and optimization.
• Ensuring strategic resource allocation and lifecycle alignment across the portfolio.
• Managing and developing Product Managers, coaching them to deliver exploration-focused strategies and business cases.
• Working with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
• Supporting smart mining initiatives through innovative product development.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years' experience in mineral exploration drilling, with strong knowledge of consumables such as diamond bits, drill rods, and RC tools.
• Proven expertise in product and portfolio management, from development through lifecycle optimization.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and strategic thinking.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across commercial and technical functions.
• Experience with regional product adaptation and customer-focused development.
