What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive positive sales growth for the Personal Safety business in assigned territories
- Deliver training and education to customers and end users to maximize product effectiveness
- Collaborate with Territory, Marketing, and Technical teams on market research and product launches
- Manage territory effectively by prioritizing end customers, markets, and distributors
- Address and provide solutions to challenging issues within a dynamic sales environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Minimum of three (3) years of safety/industrial experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with customers at all levels
- Experience in prioritizing sales opportunities within an assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Channel or manufacturer sales experience
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in a matrix environment or large complex organization
- Proficient in database management and software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Salesforce.com
