What you’ll be working on
Support Product Directors and Product Managers to develop, manage and implement product and marketing plans for Retail Investment Products
Update and maintain marketing materials and websites, partnering with internal stakeholders and leveraging internal tools to complete reviews, approvals, translation, and web postings
Support competitive analysis of funds and products utilizing industry data, tools and materials; create competitive materials, reporting and / or dashboards to identify trends, key insights and inform product strategy
Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to update and maintain point of sale materials, fund facts and fund profiles
Manage updates to other tools and materials, such as illustration software
Support and identify opportunities to improve automation, improve business efficiency and processes using technical tools and resources
Assist with new product and marketing initiatives, including product and fund launches
Support for day-to-day product management inquiries, marketing campaigns, advisor communications, and sales team activations
Ensure our value proposition and key messages are consistent and resonate with the target audiences
Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to manage day-to-day tasks and projects
Gain knowledge of the segregated fund industry regulatory, distribution, and business environments
Adopt a test, learn, and optimize the approach to consistently improve metrics to measure the impact of initiatives
Other tasks and projects as assigned
What we’re looking for you to have
2-3 years of experience in an Investment Product, Marketing or Asset Management roles
CSC or CFA are an asset
Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail
Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, investment management, operations and compliance teams to ensure product success
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Demonstrated ability to manage assigned projects from start to finish to meet deadlines and stakeholder needs
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Meets, Adobe
