Responsabilités

  • Ensure 24-hour emergency coverage for the property.
  • Lead and develop property management staff.

Connaissances

Community college diploma or equivalent training
Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience (5-10 years)
Effective communication skills in French and English
MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel knowledge
Security level 2 clearance

Formation

Diploma or equivalent training (e.g. CPM, RPA, FMA)
