Job summary
A leading engineering company located in North Vancouver is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to execute engineering assignments for new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include providing design support and developing specifications while ensuring safety compliance. The role offers a competitive salary range of $43.00 - $53.00 per hour.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of post-secondary experience in Electrical, controls and instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience in a heavy industry environment, preferably shipyard.
- Proficiency in PC and basic Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Execute Electrical Systems engineering assignments on new construction projects.
- Prepare design and calculation packages.
- Develop design documents such as electrical load lists and cable diagrams.
