Your home branch will be Grande Prairie South 40 branch, and you will be required to travel to the following locations: Edson, Drayton Valley, Fairview, Grimshaw, Whitecourt, Slave Lake, Westlock, as well as other locations within the district.

*Due to the nature of this role, interested candidates must hold a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle.

Servus is growing! We are currently looking for Mobile Universal Financial Associate to join our team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, our Universal Financial Associate plays an integral role in supporting our members with all their banking needs. Responsibilities include preparing documents for member meetings, providing proactive contact and follow-up, handling walk-in member discussions, and supporting daily banking transactions and product recommendations.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Gathering and documenting information for financial conversations
• Reviewing accounts for accuracy and compliance, and providing financial recommendations
• Opening and reviewing new accounts, following up with members
• Processing loan applications
• Supporting branch growth and member relationships
• Differentiating products and services from competitors
• Presenting advice to improve members' financial situations
• Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, money orders, and foreign exchange

To qualify, you need at least 1 year of retail banking or sales experience and a high school diploma.

Valuable assets include:

• Post-secondary education in Finance or related fields
• IFIC certification
