We are seeking a skilled and innovative WordPress Custom Plugin Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with proven experience in developing custom plugins for WordPress. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing plugins that enhance the functionality of our websites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and user experience.

• Plugin Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress plugins according to specifications and project requirements.
• Customization and Optimization: Customize existing plugins to enhance functionality and performance, ensuring compatibility with the latest WordPress versions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following WordPress coding standards and best practices.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of plugins to ensure optimal performance and identify and resolve issues.
• Integration: Integrate plugins with third-party services and APIs to extend the functionality of WordPress sites.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and development teams to implement new features and improvements.
• Security: Implement best practices for security in plugin development to protect websites from vulnerabilities and attacks.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for developed plugins, including updates and patches.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed plugins, including usage instructions and change logs.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in WordPress development and plugin technology.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in WordPress plugin development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience with MySQL and database management.
• Familiarity with WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful API and AJAX.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on code quality and performance.
• Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
