A prominent cosmetics company in Vancouver is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant responsible for preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA designation, with at least 5 years of accounting experience. This role requires expertise in advanced Excel, DAX, Power BI, and strong analytical skills. Join a diverse team in a hybrid work environment, with a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 CAD.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in industry.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (ASPE experience an asset).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilités
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements.
- Prepare and review journal entries for month and year-end close.
- Coordinate the preparation of the monthly financial management reports.
