We've found our Product Manager; now we need the visionary Lead UX Designer to own and shape the entire user experience of our groundbreaking ecosystem. Forget siloed features – you'll be architecting seamless, intuitive, and engaging journeys across platforms for patients, clinicians, and consumers alike. You'll grapple with translating complex, multi-modal medical data streams and novel hardware interactions (smart textiles!) into experiences that feel simple, empowering, and trustworthy.

What You'll Own & Drive:

UX Vision & Strategy:

• Establish and champion the end-to-end UX vision across Myant’s digital products (mobile apps, web platforms, data dashboards).
• Hands-On Design Leadership: Lead and execute the entire design process: from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, interaction design, expert-level prototyping and high-fidelity visual design in Figma, and usability testing.
• Complexity Simplified: Translate intricate requirements from product, engineering (hardware/firmware/software/cloud), data science, clinical experts, and regulatory bodies into elegant, user-centered solutions.

Rapid Execution:

• Operate dynamically within agile sprints, delivering high-quality design artifacts quickly and iteratively. You build, test, learn, and repeat – fast.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Be the connective tissue, working intensely with diverse teams to ensure the user experience is feasible, desirable, and seamlessly integrated.
• Champion the User: Advocate relentlessly for user needs (patients and clinicians) through insightful research and data-informed design decisions.
• Establish Design Excellence: Build and maintain our design system and standards in Figma, ensuring consistency and raising the bar for quality.

Who We're Looking For:

• A proven UX Leader with 5-7+ years of experience.
• You have significant experience leading UX for complex digital products (ideally apps + web platforms) from concept to launch.
• Your portfolio speaks volumes about your process, strategic thinking, and polished execution.
• A Master of the Craft & Tools: Deep expertise across the UX lifecycle. Mandatory high-level proficiency and speed in Figma is essential.
• A Visionary Owner: You don’t just complete tasks; you anticipate needs, define the path, take initiative, and feel deep accountability for the end-user experience.
• Systemic Thinker: You excel at understanding and designing for complex ecosystems involving hardware, software, data, and diverse user groups.
• Resilient & Fast-Paced: You thrive under pressure, embrace ambiguity, make decisions with conviction, and maintain momentum in a dynamic startup environment.
• Exceptional Communicator: You can articulate complex design rationale clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bonus: Experience in HealthTech, MedTech (FDA/Health Canada/MDR environments), designing for wearables/IoT, or data visualization.
