A global insurance firm is seeking a Sales Originator in Toronto to drive revenue growth by building relationships with prospective clients. The role requires a proven track record in prospect development and the ability to close new client opportunities. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The base salary compensation range is $70,000 to $85,000 CAD per year, with commission-based bonuses also available.
The Sales Originator is a critical role in our Health and Benefits (H&B) practice, driving revenue growth by building relationships with prospective clients and seeing them through the full sales cycle. Leveraging WTW’s deep specialty resources, intellectual capital, and innovative products and solutions, you will be expected to present our market leading value proposition to close new client business. Success is directly tied to achievement of personal sales success for the Toronto H&B office, with incentive compensation aligned accordingly.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000 CAD - $85,000 CAD per year.
This role is also eligible for a compensation plan with commission‑based bonuses.
