Covenant House Toronto is seeking a Youth Worker to join the Anti-Human Trafficking Department. The role focuses on direct care, counseling, safety planning and advocacy for youth residing in supported housing and an off-site program.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, documentation, and collaboration with staff to promote youth independence and well-being across shift schedules (day and evening).

In this position the candidate will be part of the Anti-Human Trafficking team, and will be responsible for direct implementation of the Covenant House’s philosophy, mission statement and policies as they pertain to residential care. Assisting with specialized day to day care and counselling to the young women residing in Supported Housing. The Youth Worker will be expected to work in an off-site program of Covenant House Toronto.
We are currently recruiting for 1 Full Time, Permanent, AHT Youth Worker. This is a replacement role within the organization
Please note this position involves working Day shifts (8am to 4pm) and Evening shifts (3pm to 11pm).
