Covenant House Toronto is seeking a full-time Youth Worker to join the Anti-Human Trafficking team, providing trauma-informed care to young women in residential supported housing. The role includes off-site program work, day and evening shifts, and direct counseling aligned with the agency's mission.
The position requires a college or university credential in youth work, at least two years in shelter or residential settings, and strong communication skills.

In this position the candidate will be part of the Anti-Human Trafficking team, and will be responsible for direct implementation of the Covenant House’s philosophy, mission statement and policies as they pertain to residential care. Assisting with specialized day to day care and counselling to the young women residing in Supported Housing. The Youth Worker will be expected to work in an off-site program of Covenant House Toronto.

Please note this position involves working Day shifts (8am to 4pm) and Evening shifts (3pm to 11pm).
