Job summary

CASA Mental Health in Alberta invites applications for a Therapy Support Navigator to join the CASA House team in Sherwood Park. You will support screening, case management, and delivery of treatment within classrooms and family settings, under supervision.

The role emphasizes collaboration, child and youth mental health expertise, and strong organizational skills, with direct involvement in monthly reporting and school partnerships to promote positive outcomes for teens and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, child and youth care, or related field.
• Active registration under the Health Professions Act, if eligible.
• Minimum two years of practical experience in a children's mental health setting.
• Experience navigating services and locating resources in the community.

Responsibilities

• Screening, case management, and delivery of treatment within classrooms and family settings.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups for adolescents and parents.
• Coordinate and participate in monthly case conferences and school partnerships.
• Provide caregiver coaching and guidance to help address adolescent needs.
