Job Description: Youth Soccer Coach

Join CSP, one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA, dedicated to creating fun and engaging experiences for children and families. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and kid-friendly soccer coaches to join our team.

Our programs cater to children from 18 months to 13 years old, starting with fun-focused activities for toddlers and progressing to competitive play for older kids. We prefer coaches with experience working with a wide age range.

Requirements

• Passion for working with and engaging young children
• Availability on weekday evenings (4pm - 8pm) and/or weekends (9am - 12pm)
• Reliable, professional, energetic, and enthusiastic
• Ability to be playful, fun, and imaginative
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and parents
• Physically fit to coach soccer skills and games for 2+ hours
• Availability to work through summer and winter seasons

Ideal Experience

• Experience with children aged 2-6 years
• Experience coaching both toddlers and youth
• Background in young child sports organizations or soccer environments
• Coaching certification (Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn to Train, etc.) is a plus

Benefits
