Job Description: Soccer Coach

Join CSP, one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA, dedicated to creating fun and engaging experiences for children and families. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and kid-friendly soccer coaches to join our team.

Our programs cater to children from 18 months to 13 years old, progressing from fun activities to competitive play. We are currently hiring for two positions: Toddler Coaches (ages 2-5) and Youth Coaches (ages 6-14). Preference is given to coaches experienced with both age groups.

Responsibilities

• Engage and work with children in a fun, safe, and supportive environment
• Conduct coaching sessions and facilitate soccer activities and games
• Communicate effectively with children and parents
• Maintain high energy levels and physical fitness to coach for 2+ hours
• Work through summer and winter seasons

Requirements

• Passion for working with children
• Availability on weekday evenings (4pm - 8pm) and weekends (9am - 12pm)
• Reliable, professional, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Ability to be playful, fun, and imaginative
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically fit to coach for extended periods

Preferred Experience

• Experience with children aged 2-6 years
• Experience in youth soccer coaching or similar activities
• Coaching certifications (e.g., Active Start, FUNdamentals) are a plus

Benefits

Compensation: $18-23 per hour
