Job Description: Soccer Coach

Join CSP, one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA, dedicated to creating fun, engaging experiences for children and families. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and kid-friendly soccer coaches to join our team.

Our programs cater to children from 18 months to 13 years old, focusing on fun, skill development, and progressing to competitive play. We are hiring for both Toddler Coaches (ages 2-5) and Youth Coaches (ages 6-14), with a preference for those experienced in coaching both age groups.

Responsibilities

• Engage and motivate children through fun and imaginative coaching methods
• Conduct soccer practices and games, adapting to different age groups
• Communicate effectively with children and parents, providing feedback and updates
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all participants

Requirements

• Passionate about working with young children
• Availability on weekday evenings (4pm-8pm) and weekends (9am-12pm)
• Reliable, professional, energetic, and outgoing
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically fit to coach for 2+ hours
• Available for summer and winter seasons

Preferred Experience

• Experience with children aged 2-6 years
• Coaching certification (Active Start, FUNdamentals, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with child sports organizations or soccer programs

Benefits and Compensation

Competitive hourly rate: $18-$23/hour
