Qualifikationen

• Build respectful, trusting, and professional relationships with youth.
• Provide emotional support, guidance, and trauma-informed care.
• Complete intake processes and document youth interactions, case notes, and shift logs.
• Monitor safety, respond to risks, and support crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and support basic needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and proper handovers.
