Job summary

New Dawn Enterprises' Anchor Youth Space Sydney is seeking a Youth Services Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, provide reception, administrative and organizational assistance, and help coordinate services and programs for youth.

Reporting to the Manager, you will foster a welcoming environment for youth and caregivers, manage communications, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding confidentiality and the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Office Admin/Business/Secretarial diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; 2 years preferred, with youth experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and email/file management.
• Ability to provide services in person, by telephone, and virtually.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain timely and accurate electronic client records.

Responsibilities

• Youth Engagement: support youth and caregiver services and programs.
• Administrative & Reception: answer calls, direct inquiries, manage mail/email.
• Team participation: attend meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Confidentiality and quality standards in all interactions.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure welcoming, inclusive environments.
