Douglas College New Westminster campus is seeking a Program Coordinator, Continuing Education to oversee administrative processes for the Youth Programs portfolio and ensure compliance with college policies. You will supervise staff and provide exceptional client-centered service to internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a two-year diploma and at least two years of related experience, with knowledge of Continuing Education health and fitness programs and youth initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Two year diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Continuing Education health & fitness and youth programming.
• Supervisory skills to hire, train, and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Familiarity with course budgeting systems (FAST, PeopleAdmin).
