Job summary

ERC Pathlight seeks a Program Coordinator for the Child & Adolescent Day program. The role provides direct care, supervision, milieu support, and helps implement therapeutic programming for patients across settings.

Essential duties include milieu management, meal support, group facilitation, documentation in the EHR, and transportation as needed. Requirements: HS diploma; BS in behavioral health; 1 year of direct patient care; valid driver’s license where required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (required).
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience (required).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily program structure and safety checks.
• Meal Support: supervise meals and snacks with patients per facility.
• Group Facilitation and documentation in EHR.
• Provide patient transportation as needed for medical appointments.
