Job summary

The John Howard Society of Saskatchewan is seeking a Caseworker for Youth Housing in Saskatoon. This permanent, full-time role supports youth by providing case management, crisis stabilization, and community connection.

Under supervision, you will ensure program guidelines are followed, connect participants to supports, model positive behavior, and maintain confidentiality while working in a residential setting. Strong communication and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals impacted by homelessness, trauma, addiction, mental health, poverty, or child welfare.
• Ability to work with diverse clients across age, gender, and backgrounds.
• First Aid/CPR, ASIST, Non-violent Crisis Intervention would be assets.

Responsibilities
